Processing Time Our jewellery is made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be crafted and dispatched.

Shipping Method All orders are shipped with PostNord using registered and insured mail, ensuring your jewellery is tracked and protected throughout its journey to you.

Shipping Costs Delivery is free of charge worldwide.

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Unclaimed Packages Your delivery will be held at your local post office for two weeks. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and your purchase will be refunded, minus any additional fees incurred in connection with the return.

Damaged or Lost Shipments All shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@cravingfor.com so we can resolve the issue.
